Speakers come and speakers go. Some are remembered. Most are forgotten.
Why?
- No Follow Up Activities
- No Tools to Reinforce Speakers' Messages
Enter Chad Foster......
Chad Foster has spoken to more than 400,000 middle and high school students across
America. In most cases, prior to Chad's entertaining but powerful presentation, all
students in attendance are given a copy of Chad's best-selling book, Teenagers
Preparing for the Real World. This is their book to keep, to read and to share
with siblings and parents.
With book in hand, the students can begin to put a face with a name with a speaker.
Chad arrives early for the presentation to sign the students' books. This always creates
great excitement and for most students, this will be the only book they ever own that has
been signed by the author.
The critical messages of Chad's speech are further reinforced when the students read
his nationally acclaimed book. The 100-page guide to success is read by most students in
one day and the book is the perfect follow-up to Chad's motivational presentation.
Additional reinforcement is accomplished by those schools that elect to implement the
10-day integrated curriculum that has been developed based on the Teenagers
Preparing for the Real World book.
Chad Foster's appearance at a school or student conference is more than just a quick
motivational speech. It is an event that is remembered by those in attendance for years to
come. It is a presentation with solid follow-up that will impact young people of all ages
and from all walks of life.
Any school, organization,
conference, or district that purchases the minimum required
product allocation receives two free speeches and a book signing
by Chad Foster on one day. The only additional costs are travel
and lodging for Mr. Foster. |

Chad Foster has given keynote and workshop presentations to more than 100,000
educators.
Chad's messages are clear:
- All students will eventually go to work in the real world.
- It is critically important to like what you do for a living.
- The formula for success includes knowledge, skills and people.
- Education and Preparation are both important, but very different.
- Real World application must be integrated into core curriculum.
- The business community has an obligation to help prepare young people.
- Success has nothing to do with money.
- The process of preparing to succeed starts in middle school, not college.
Standard Packages for educator conferences generally include the following:
- A copy of Chad Foster's best-selling book, Teenagers Preparing for the Real
World, for each educator in attendance
- One keynote speech 30-45 minutes in length
- One workshop (optional) on the Teenagers Preparing for the Real World
10-day project-based curriculum
- Book signing for conference attendees
